This website, veltrus.com, is operated by Veltrus Solutions LLC, formerly Caliber Engineering Solutions LLC. In this notice, “Veltrus”, “we”, and “us” mean that company.

We collect only what is needed to run the site and reply to you.

• When you contact us. Your name, organization, email address, the topic you choose, and the message you write.
• Site analytics. We use Fathom Analytics to count visits. Fathom records page views, referring sites, browser and device type, and country in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.

This site does not accept résumés, cover letters, or other application materials. To apply for a role, email careers@veltrus.com.

Applications sent by email are read by our hiring team and used only to consider you for roles at Veltrus.

• To reply to your message and follow up on your request.
• To send the information or supplier documents you ask for.
• To consider job applications sent to us by email.
• To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.
• To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We share it only with service providers that host this site, deliver our email, and provide analytics. They may use it only to provide those services to us and must keep it confidential. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to a successor company if Veltrus is merged or sold, under the same protections described here.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you do not see a cookie banner. Fathom Analytics works without cookies.

• Messages sent through the site are kept for up to three years after our last contact with you.
• Job applications sent by email are kept for up to two years, unless you join Veltrus.
• Technical logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

Access to personal information is limited to the people at Veltrus who need it to do their work. The site uses encrypted connections, and we review our service providers before we use them. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information sent over the internet.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email privacy@veltrus.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We will honor them as the law requires.

This site is meant for businesses and job seekers. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

This site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their notices.
